Creating Jobs and Opportunities

Public infrastructure districts will provide new industries with essential infrastructure without burdening existing residents, offering our communities a powerful tool to attract new employers and create jobs.

Growth Without Increasing Our Property Taxes

Public infrastructure districts incorporate stringent safeguards to ensure only users of the infrastructure bear the costs, offering an alternative funding method that avoids raising property taxes for all.

Attracting Quality Development

Public infrastructure districts will elevate the quality of life for hardworking Oklahomans by bringing new developments and brands to the state that are currently only available in Dallas or Kansas City.

Growing Our Communities

Establishing public infrastructure districts will make homeownership more affordable for first-time homebuyers, satisfy the housing demands of our workforce, and empower neighbors to address infrastructure needs as the community grows.

Protecting Senior Citizens

Public infrastructure districts will ensure that the costs of new growth areas are not shouldered by our senior citizens and those on fixed incomes, protecting them from financial stress while fostering the continued growth of our communities.

Empowering Landowners

Public infrastructure districts will enable landowners to play a more decisive role in the future of their property and have a greater say in shaping the community around them without city, county, and town governments picking winners and losers.
